Maximum of 6 guests only, per casa. Unregistered guests are not allowed in the property.

As a courtesy to other guests and neighbors, please be considerate of the noise, especially after 10PM.

Pets are allowed — please refer to Araya Pet Guidelines

Please wash off sand before using the pool and entering the casa. Small shower area for rinsing is available beside all dipping pools.

For your safety, no diving/jumping into the pool.

Please take care of the furnishings. Additional fee will be charged for stains or damages that exceed the security deposit. Breakages (for dinnerware & glassware) will also be charged.

Strictly no smoking and vaping indoors (inside the casas).

Fish frying is not allowed.

No illegal substances are allowed in the premises.

We do not offer cooking services for now. The following restaurants are nearby:
